HMT ProFlex Systems

ProFlex Systems are manufactured to meet the large volume needs of our customers. Tanks sizes start at 35 lbs and range up to 135 lbs. ProFlex Systems can also handle up to 4 hoses.

Each hose/gun can handle fluid viscosities up to 200,000 cps and temperatures up to 475° Fahrenheit with flow rates as high as 120 lbs/hour.

Backed by comprehensive component warranties ranging up to ten years in length, ProFlex Systems can be installed with confidence.

	This ProFlex System is equipped with a modular 35-lb melt tank. The Genesys-4 Electronic Control Module provides 120v operation of up to 2 hoses and 2 guns.

This ProFlex System is equipped with a modular 50-lb melt tank. The Genesys-5 Electronic Control module provides for 200-240v operation for up to 2 hoses and 2 guns.

	This ProFlex System is equipped with a modular 135-lb melt tank. The Genesys-9 Electronic Control Module provides 200-240v operation of up to 4 hoses and 4 guns.
