HMT temperature and system controls are designed for easy operation. Benchmark Series systems also have interchangeable nozzles can be specified for bead or spray applications.
The Benchmark Series ranges from an entry level 205-LV2 system with a 8 lb tank to a 500-HP system with an optional 35lb tank and a flow rate up to 85 lbs/hour.
| Benchmark 205-LV2
Features an 8 lb melt tank and and adjustable flow rate up to 33 lbs/hour. The 205-LV2 is ideal for use in low volume applications using low viscosity adhesives for packaging and general product assembly.

Benchmark 215-HV
Features a 15 lb melt tank and an adjustable flow rate up to 65 lbs/hour. The 215-HV is for use in medium volume, heavy-duty applications. Excellent for wood- working and high volume packaging.

Features a 15 lb melt tank, an adjustable flow rate up to 85 lbs/hour plus a microprocessor system control. The 315-HP is an excellent choice for use in production intense spray or bead applications with handguns or automatic guns.
