Hot Melt Technologies

Hot Melt Technologies, Inc. (HMT) Benchmark, ProFlex, and new AutoPack applicators can be used in a wide range of industries and applications.

	Durable	HMT Systems feature heavy-duty welded steel platforms, patented aluminum melt tanks and precision high-output gear pumps as well as fractional horsepower drive motors and long lasting heated hoses and handguns.
	Simple	HMT Systems offer easy to use microprocessor controls. Temperature settings are secured behind a tamper-resistant panel and flow adjustments are made with a single knob.

Easily Serviced	To speed maintenance and minimize downtime, HMT Systems feature a modular design, convenient tank drain plugs, changeable filters, interchangeable handguns and hoses plus quick-change control modules.
Affordable	If you're currently using solvent adhesives, water-based glues or hot melt glue sticks or glue slugs, a new HMT System for bulk hot melts can pay for itself in less than a year.

AutoPack

HMT's new AutoPack applicators bring together the Benchmark Systems reliability with the performance you need for high speed packaging applications.

The AutoPack systems also offer dual access ports, air cooled motors and 220 Volt capabilities. Tank sizes range from 10 to 135 lbs.

When used in combination with HMT's AV Series modules and nozzles the AutoPack system can extrude hot melt in almost any way from spray swirl patterns to precision timed beads and lines.

Benchmark

HMT's Benchmark Series use 10 and 12 gauge welded steel platforms, heavy duty aluminum melt tanks, steel gear pumps and high-output, fractional horse power drive motors.

HMT temperature and system controls are designed for easy operation. Benchmark Series systems also have interchangeable nozzles can be specified for bead or spray applications.

The Benchmark Series ranges from an entry level 205-LV2 system with a 8 lb tank to a 500-HP system with an optional 35lb tank and a flow rate up to 85 lbs/hour.

ProFlex

ProFlex Systems are manufactured to meet the large volume needs of our customers. Tanks sizes start at 35 lbs and range up to 135 lbs. ProFlex Systems can also handle up to 4 hoses.

Each hose/gun can handle fluid viscosities up to 200,000 cps and temperatures up to 475° Fahrenheit with flow rates as high as 120 lbs/hour.

Backed by comprehensive component warranties ranging up to ten years in length, ProFlex Systems can be installed with confidence.
