Datco wheel coaters are manufactured in several different sizes to meet our customers needs. Roll sizes vary from 2 1/2" to 4 1/2" in diameter and from 6" to 36" in length depending on which roller you choose. All Datco wheel coaters feature under temperature protection which prevents the motor from running before the adhesive is up to temperature.

The different styles of Datco wheel coaters are BasicRoll, HotRoll, and BigRoll.

Schaefer label and sheet cementer machines have a stainless steel coating roller and glue tank, and has a simple dial control to set the glue application thickness.

Schaefer machines also have the versatility to apply a variety of adhesives such as vegetable glue, PVA and EVA resin cement, and casein glue.

It is designed for fast glue application and easy cleanup, and is ideal for labeling short runs.
