Power Hot Melts

Power Adhesives has been a world leader in the adhesive industry for over thirty years and in 2005 we added their outstanding product line to our catalog.

Power's glue sticks includes EVA's, Polyamides, and Semi-Pressure Sensitives. These sticks are available in either 1/2" or 1.75" diameter.

410	Pale Amber	Economical, general-purpose adhesive that is suitable for spraying and bead applications. Features a unique blend of heat resistance and excellent low temperature flexibility. Ideal for pallet stabilization.	176ºF	3,500	Long	1/2x12" 1.75x1.75"
420	White	High performance, extended open time adhesive primarily formulated for spraying, but can be used in normal bulk type equipment when bead and dot patterns are required.	194ºF	4,500	Up to 3 mins	1/2x12" 1.75x1.75"
430	Pale Amber	High performance spray adhesive, which provides an aggressive adhesive coating for up to 6 minutes. Sets and produces a very tough resistant bond. Suitable for use on most plastics, foams, wood and cardboard.	176ºF	4,000	Up to 6 mins	1/2x12" 1.75x1.75"
LM44	White	Formulated for applications at low temperatures (260-320ºF). It is suitable for use on temperature sensitive materials that would be damaged by normal hot melt temperatures. This fast setting adhesive can also be used for carton closing and other applications involving paper, board, wood and some plastics. It is also useful for expanded polystyrene and polyethylene foam assembly, as the low application temperature prevents thermal damage distortion.	167ºF	1,400	Short	1/2x12" 1.75x1.75"
